Enjoy a hassle free cooking experience with this banjo burner by Carolina Cooker. This fryer stand has a large 10 inch 70,000 BTU burner designed for use with 60 to 100 quart stock pots. It includes a 48 inch hose and is to be used with propane only.
With a low profile for stabilization, this Carolina Cooker® Banjo Burner and Stand is a convenient outdoor cooker. The frame is constructed from steel and measures 11-1/2 inches high x 14-1/2 inches in diameter. The 10 inch banjo burner is constructed from cast iron and produces up to 70,000 BTU's. A high pressure 48 inch hose and regulator is also included. Built for safe cooking, the banjo burner stand has stability ring measuring 15-1/2 inches. This ring is used to support large pots, and allows the stand to remain in a leveled and upright position. The cooker stand can be used with pots up to 100 quarts, which are sold separately.
