Heavyweight brass sculpture of an ancient Egyptian Sphinx, the mythological creature with the head of a Pharaoh and body of a lion.
This high quality vintage Sphinx is cast in brass with very good sculptural detail. It's heavy enough to be used as a single bookend or tabletop display. The underside has part of the original label "MADE IN TAIWAN", which dates it to the mid-late 20th century.
It measures 9" long by 3" wide by 5" tall, and weighs just over 3 lbs.
This large brass Sphinx is in great shape with no cracks, breaks or finish damage. Get it with your winning bid.
